Over time Welfare Legal has been posting information regarding the corruption of Ontario Works (OW) and the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP). The one thing that stands out on this subject is the fraud that is being committed by upper management.
One of these cases has now gone through the court system and the results are shocking to say the least. It is the case of Salvatore Cuglietta who was a manager at the Ministry of Community and Social Services office in Sault Ste. Marie where he administered a number of programs, including the Ontario Disability Support Program. Cuglietta had bilked the provincial government and taxpayers of nearly $600,000.
Prosecutor Glen Wasyliniuk said the ministry was seeking restitution of the money taken from “the taxpayers, the people of Ontario.’’ As well, it wanted a further $93,000 to cover the cost of the forensic investigation, the Crown attorney said.
Both the Crown and defence called for a three-year prison term in a joint submission that was part of a plea bargain.
Well here is where it gets good, The judge sentenced Cuglietta to 3 years in jail but did not order him to pay any restitution. This guy steels $600,000 from, in essence the people that need the money the most and he doesn't have to pay one cent back. (WOW)
One could say that Cuglietta will make $200,000 a year for three years while he sits in jail. (What A Deal) The deal becomes sweeter when we will learn that he will probably be released in record breaking time on early parole. (Unheard Of)
The question now becomes why? What is it about the system that nobody wants out? Just think about all the corruption that I have produced on this blog and this is just a very small tip of the iceberg.
Those at the very top, like him, would have full knowledge of what I have been talking about. He has been paid off and paid off big time, to keep his mouth shut.
Those that live in poverty trying to survive, will sleep better at night knowing that Cuglietta will be looked after, getting 3 good meals a day, his own room with TV and playing golf, daily at Club Fed.

This reeks of a coverup. In my area, still, impossible to reasonably obtain welfare.
Manager Hal (cock)Roach asked me why he should give me HIS money during my interview.
After the interview was over with the nazi "case coordinator" who had an obvious hatred for religious Jews, there was no more negotiation, no more reason. The interview was over and it was impossible to negotiate any sort of "back-to-work" plan - that is - tasks I would have to do each month in order that I should not be cut off.
The Ontario Works rules clearly state that the "case coordinator" and citizen must reach a MUTUAL decision regarding this.
When I brought this up, worker, manager, and supervisor became aggressive.
When the alotted time is up, the interview is over. Either you are forced to sign, or you are rescheduled for another interview. Unfortunately, I had to move to a place and I needed the money or else I would be out on the street.
Manager and Administrator are WASP males, manager was Italian female and worker was germanic looking nazi sow. The females are like a harem to the manager clique and are brainwashed the majority of the day in "meetings" (That's where your worker is when you cannot get a hold of her) that the citizens are all bloodsuckers, parasites, and are trying to cheat the government.
Offices vary, but hostile ethnic communities like Pakistanis and other Islamic immigrants are all centered around and survive off a single welfare office fully staffed by individuals of their own ethnicity who are fully sympathetic to all applicants.
Same applies for heavy crime comunities (READ:black).
Communities with hard working whites or religious Jews who want to have large families and contribute to society are marginalized and excommunicated.
My community is heavily Jewish, I live in Thornhill. The office we would have to go to is in Woodbridge, completely removed from the Jewish community and centered around the Italian community but staffed by WASPS hired not for their talents but with nepotism.
The police station which is supposed to govern all of York Region is located two and a half hours away in Newmarket where nobody lives. Talk about an extravagant building.
Someone get me the hell out of this country. Hell, nazi Germany seems appeasing right now.
Never again will I subject myself to the naziism of Ontario Works. Never again.
you're not the only one on that situation moishe,and u know WHAT PISSES ME OFF is that canadians and these MP, MPP asshole are not aware of this shit. most canadians are easily manipulated into believe all types of bullshit and gettin distracted from the real truth. I feel like this country needs to be exposed from hiding behind it's bullshit! And hey moishe, don't leave this country without me!
